Takeaways, oh delicious fast food! Interesting how quickly one can pick up after 2 days of indulgence. Hennyways, I'm back here now logging and doing my thing. Weighing is good for noting how different foods and times of the month affect your body but overall this is a healthy lifestyle for me, not a lose weight as fast as I can. And this is all part of the awesome journey 💖
