hello guys. Sorry for the loo oolong gap. the weight has been fluctuating. but two weeks ago I had a horrendous virus. sore throat aching muscles catarrh. strange burning sensation in hands followed by sensitivity and then peeling of skin.i plummeted to 55 kilos which is a bit too thin slowly getting better. appetite beginning to get back to normal .
