Dr Romm's detox plan for 3 days
day 1 tonight -
start cooking at 6:15 or 6:30 and eat at 7 pm
6 oz wild salmon or chicken backed with 2 tsp olive oil, lemon juice, 1/8 tsp salt , black pepper and crushed garlic - 400f until cooked through 30 min / 1 cup roasted broccoli, caulliflauer or kale / 1 tablespoon of almonds or walnuts with a splash of lemon juice - / 1/2 baked sweet potato or 6 small potatoes -

9 pm - shower , stretch , relax and get off all electronic devices -
sip water or herbal tea -

wake in morning - drink water room temperature with lemon juice -

10am - 1 cup decaf chai tea 2 - 3 omega 3 rich eggs or 6 oz lean unprocessed protein cooked in 2 tsp olive oil, 1/8 tsp sea salt and black pepper , \ 1 cup of broccoli , cauliflower, or kale / 1 tsp of toasted almonds or walnuts with splash of lemon juice - ////
1 pm water with lemon - 1 - 2 cups of dr romm's detox broth - see bottom / 1 large salad with spinach, or chard or arugula or cucumbers or broccoli or cauliflower or asparagus - for dressing 1 tbs olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning? / small handful of nuts? Use your almonds I guess / 4 pm 1 - 2 cups dr romm's detox broth / 7pm - Go to top of my page and repeat meal -
Follow this plan for up to 3 days (says Dr Romm) and let me know what you lose -
I think this will work -
Detox recipe -
put in a pot 2 medium white potatoes cleaned but not peeled - cubed 4 large carrots cleaned but not peeled - cut 2 stalks celery chopped 1/2 cup chopped parsley organic - 1 tbs tumeric powder 1 tsp dried rosemary 6 cups of water - add tsp good salt - Cover with water?
Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegys are tender - Strain and discard vegetables saving your dr romm's detox broth -
makes 6 - 8 cups of broth - This will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days -

Also, I eat a late dinner around 7:00 and it carries me through to the morning - I sleep and lose weight most all of the time -
