Morning weigh in was good. I've lost more than half the weight I gained from the 1 eating out experience on Saturday. In the past 9 months as I've been tracking such things it seems that just one restaurant dining experience will cause a big gain (fat/salt intake) and it usually takes me close to a full week to lose the weight. I'll be curious to see how long it takes this time. Meanwhile, anything below 215 is a achievement all on its own. Yesterday was Sunday and that means a big breakfast for us, a little celebration to start out the weekend (I work Tues-Sat). I've been making tofu scrambles with mushroom, onion, spinach and vegan cheese. We have the Gardein vegan sausage on the side and 1 slice of Ezekiel bread w/vegan butter. I've been getting better at making the tofu scramble but realized yesterday that I need to stop eating the "sausage" (fat/salt/chemicals) and should leave off the "butter" on my toast. I don't need all the extra fat for one thing. I'm not ready to give up the vegan cheese, yet. Next Sunday will be another tweak in the eating pattern. Happy Monday to you all.
