I walked my first relay of the year. I did five miles in five hours including a half hour break. I shaved my head two years ago for the 2014 LCC Relay for Life. 2015 I walked 24 hours. This year I promised myself I would walk my weight loss. I was 232 the day of relay and I have lost 15 pounds so far. I am commuted to 15 miles.
