Gotten a little busy here and the cold weather makes it easier to just go home after work in lieu of hitting the gym. Still I manage to do cardio at least once per week and still eat well. It had been 9 days though since my last gym/cardio, so I was determined to run yesterday. Legs were fresh so I ran a full 5K and set a PR of 32:45... down from previous 34 and some change! So pumped I ran again today... legs not as fresh though, so 1.5 miles in I did a 30 sec walk til my heart rate dropped below 140 then ran again til I hit 160. Continued that interval all the way home. Completed that run/walk 5K in 35 min. A long way from my 20 minute goal but it still felt great!
