Started walking a mile every morning with a friend on March 1. We do skip weekends. I can tell a difference on how my clothes fit, although not much lost in weight. Was on a 15 day cruise in February. I lost 2 lbs on the cruise, but gained them back quickly when I returned home. Struggling each day to keep the carbs low. Still working on Keto and Intermittent Fasting. Walking seems to recharge my energy. Also in the midst of garden season, so keeping busy with that.
