Ini kopi nescafe campuran susu low fat,gula rendah kalori jadi aman yah gaes ..selama ini bbku turun walaupun masih ngopi asalkan sesuai takaran😁

akuuuuu, ga bisa skip kopi sama sekali. pokoknya tiap hari harus ngopi. resep kopi aku biasanya nescafe 2 sachet, tropicana slim gula aren 2scht, fiber creme 2sdt, oatmilk/low fat milk 150ml. mantul pokoknya 👍🏻👍🏻

Aku sih paling murah nescafe classic kasi es tanpa gula, nescafe classic + gula diabetasol 0 kal + diamond low fat plus es enak kalori rendah atau ke coffe shop pesen ais amerikano kaya orang korea hahahaha
