Thankful that it's done. You will be back to better than normal in no time!
I can empathize with the bag of chips. 2 birthday BBQs the last 2 weekends = too many leftovers that I don't usually eat. I chose to eat them. Feeling like crap physically and mentally. Next time I need to remember to let them go to waste! Not waist!
Back on track today, #3 later. Hopefully 1/2 of it's fluid retention due to the salt and sugar. We'll see in a few days.
