Down to 218.5 and 29.9% body fat after day five of October’s fasting mimicking diet. A little bit dehydrated which probably contributes to it. But I’ll take it!

Thanks for the reply. Was curious why you were dehydrated. Can't recall where I read about fasting without water. Too much online research. Off to eat some non approved low fiber carb. Trying to enjoy soft chewy without over indulging before Nov 1st.
