Well FS tomorrow on 9-22-2021 I will log my weight for the week. Start fresh with my food intake. I love carbs so I will eat them in moderation and not remove them from my diet. I know that I will put on weight and I am okay with that. I am going to try and not to go over 137lbs which is a normal weight for my height. I am saying all of this to try and keep myself accountable for weight gain coming lol 😆 thanks for reading enjoy the rest of your day...
