I am not going to get frustrated about gaining .2 pounds. I ate a little more this last week so I need to pull it back in. On the positive side, I have lost inches a couple of places on my body, my waist for one. My resting heart rate has dropped 3 beats a minute and I can jog intermittently for 10 minutes without my knees hurting. To me that is a win!
