Vegetarian Tortilla Pizza
A super easy, guilt free alternative to get yourself a little pizza fix.
Ingredients
Directions
- Start by mixing a standard sized can of tomato sauce with the small can of tomato paste to thicken it up.
- Add Italian seasoning or your mixture of herbs to taste.
- Using a standard pizza pan, spread the tomato sauce on the tortilla and top with the cheese and peppers.
- Bake at 425 °F (210 °C) for about 12 minutes and enjoy!

I've been making these for a few years now and they are AWESOME! Note: Light Italian Blend cheese from Sargento is also good in place of the goat cheese.

I did this almost same recipe a few weeks back when I was on my pizza craving ... instead of a tortilla I used half of the pita bread and left over pasta sauce it was so good :)

I make something similar but I use Josephs Flax pita as it only has 2 net grams of carbs :)
