Vegan Risotto

Risotto with onions, mushrooms and sunflower seeds that you can eat as a main dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop and fry onion.
  2. Add rice and fry for a few minutes.
  3. Pour in vegetable stock and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes until rice is cooked.
  6. Mix in sunflower seeds and chopped pepper. Cook a few more minutes.
