Turkey Vegetable Loaf
For lovers of vegetables, this is great for dinner or in a sandwich for lunch.
Ingredients
Directions
- Sauté garlic, onion, mushrooms, oil in frying pan. When onions are transparent remove from heat and set aside.
- Thaw and drain spinach.
- In mixing bowl, add spinach, turkey, carrots, egg whites, and all other ingredients. Add sauté mixture as well.
- Mix gently as you don't want to over mix it.
- Use a non-stick spray and coat pan lightly, add turkey vegetables loaf mixture. This may take 2 loaf pans or use a casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 1 hour.
- Top the loaf with your favorite topping or just leave plain.
