Directions
- Combine turkey and dry spices in large bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
- Add chicken broth, mixing well. Let stand 15-20 minutes.
- Form turkey into 8 patties, approx. 3/4" thick.
- Cook patties in non-stick skillet over medium heat, about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked.

I think this is a great choice for weight watchers, I have tried the turkey susage, and they are pretty good.

I was just at the grocery store and if you were to buy turkey sausage the calories were extremely high and so was the fat content -- so this is good to see!

It definitely made bland turkey very tasty. I will make this again for sure. I might use a little less broth though...I felt they were too wet when I shaped the patties.

Just had one on a bagel thin with some swiss cheese and it was great. The cayenne gave it a nice kick!

Great for a yummy breakfast or quick protein after a workout! Put this on half an english muffin with a slice of tomato and a bit of cottage cheese.. mm!

This is really good. One additional suggestion would be to add Fennel Seed. This is really good in sausage.
