Turkey Chili Taco Soup

It may not be the lowest calorie recipe, but it's good and filling so portion size is minimal.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brown ground turkey with onion.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients plus taco seasoning.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips, grated cheese and sour cream.
