My mom makes this all the time and my husnand and I love it in the summer. I do add a packet of Splenda though to sweeten a little.

This salad is amazing! The tomatoes and cucumbers are the perfect mixture, and of course the onion and vinegar bring out an excellent taste. I agree with baileysmom2000, a packet of splenda does make it a bit sweeter =]
