Tomato Guacamole

Avocado and tomato with lemon juice that's great with blue corn chips.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut avocado in half, spoon out the inside into a bowl.
  2. Juice 1/2 a lemon over the avocado, add salt and jerk seasoning to taste. Mash together with a fork.
  3. Dice tomato and stir into guacamole.
  4. Makes about 1 cup.
