I picked this recipe up somewhere and I just love it! The calorie count is only 150 cal per serving when you use the sugar-free chocolate syrup(which is what you need to use in phase 1 anyway) but I only had the option to add real choc syrup when I was entering the recipe. I highly recommend this milkshake...it's packed with protein and tastes like a frosty!

I loved this shake but I made a few changes....I cound't stomach the thought of cottage cheese so I switched it to plain not-fat yogart and I added a tbsp of sugar free strawberry perserves. Just to let everyone know that I couldn't find sugar free chocolate syrup but they (Nestle) do have 50% less sugar and calories.

I made this with cut-up strawberries and a little bannana extract. It was great!!! I'm in phase II and this is good to experiment with using berries.

Delicious! I substituted the chocolate syrup for sugarfree cocoa powder, which is easier to find than the sugarfree syrup. Tastes just like "real" milkshake!

This does sound good but not so sure for phase 1. Remember, no real sugars the first 2 weeks...only Splenda. Try sugar free Hersheys syrup instead..sometimes it's hard to find.

Don't like the sound of the cottage cheese - might try the yogert instead.
Possibly a dumb sounding question - how many ml (or whatever) in a cup - we don't use them in uk and it all confuses me!!

I am not a big fan of the sugar free choc syrup. It tastes reallllly bitter. I'd advise sticking with the real stuff and having a few more points! :)
