Directions
- Chop tofu. Stir fry tofu and vegetables.
- Mix coconut milk, green curry paste, fish sauce and lime juice together. Whisk until paste is dissolved.
- Pour mixture into wok with tofu and vegetables. Heat through.

I substituted oyster sauce for fish sauce. Best thrown-together curry ever. I recommend Uncle Ben's basmati rice you can steam in the microwave to have with this.
