Tex-Mex Salsa

Salsa for Tex-Mex burgers.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix tomato and onion with the beans and olive oil, lime juice , coriander and chili.
  2. Note: personally I don't like cold salsa so I cook all of this in a saucepan to soften the onion and other ingredients, but others I know say this is lovely cold.
