Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette

Using fresh ingredients you may never buy the bottled dressing again.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mason jar with a well-fitting lid. Seal and shake vigorously. (You can also whisk oil into vinegar mixture in a large bowl to emulsify before pouring into jar).
  2. Store refrigerated and it will last 2 weeks or so. Give a good shake before each use.
  3. Note: feel free to experiment. Decrease the oil, use honey in place of turbinado or add more spice with the dried herbs and pepper.
