Steak sauce with Peppers and Onions
Like a steak sandwich for your pasta!
Ingredients
Directions
- In a large skillet, crumble the sandwich steaks. Cook them until brown.
- Add sandwich steaks to a large pot. Drain most of the fat from the skillet.
- Add the olive oil to the skillet. Add the onions, green peppers, and garlic, cook until tender. Add to the large pot.
- Add the crushed tomatoes and spaghetti sauce to the pot. Add the seasonings.
- Heat over low heat until piping hot.
- Serve sauce, 2/3 cup over pasta.
