I love this recipe! It's simple! I use fresh spinach as opposed to frozen. Add a little (ground turkey) taco meat, and chopped onions, and it's scrumptious!

Splendid!! Yummy and easy to add a bit of turkey taco meat to it, chopped onion, a bit of feta and a wonderful meal!! I, as miteslur did, used a bunch of fresh spinach, too. Have also made it w/some ground buffalo meat, as well! *slurp! Thanks!!

My husband is totally addicted and says that it cold, it's right up there with eating cold pizza. I make two every week just so he'll have leftovers to eat. This is a solid winner.

I used fresh spinach (just put it in a pan over lowish heat, cover, and let it wilt down first). Also I subbed some light havarti for the fat free cheddar because there wasn't any around. VERY tasty!

This is REALLY good! My husband and I both loved it...I can't believe a serving is only 1 point! It was so easy to make, just mix and bake. I am going to see what variations I can come up with!
