Spicy Meatloaf

A simple meatloaf recipe kicked up a notch.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix beef, milk, eggs, bread crumbs and pepper together. Mix well.
  3. Spray a rimmed pan with cooking spray. Place mixture on the pan in the shape of a loaf.
  4. Cook meatloaf for 45 minutes.
  5. Spread sauce evenly on top of the meatloaf. Cook for another 15 minutes.
  6. Cut into four slices and serve.
