Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry

Terrific chicken stir-fry that can use any vegetables you like.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add sliced chicken to pan and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add green pepper, red pepper, chili pepper, and chicken stock.
  4. Cook until vegetables are at a consistency that you prefer.
  5. In small bowl mix cornstarch with soy sauce.
  6. Add soy sauce mixture to stir fry stir, sauce will thicken.
  7. Serve over brown rice.
