Yummy and easy to prepare pork chops.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine rice, water, and tomatoes (like Ro-Tel).
- Place pork chops in baking dish.
- Pour rice mixture over chops.
- Cover with foil and bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 1 hour.

I used thin-sliced center chops, baked at 375 for 20 mins a side. I omitted the rice and served this with a Spanish Rice recipe I found here on fatsecret. The chops turned out a little too spicy but the rice really balanced it out. Yummy!
