Soda Cupcakes

A great recipe you're craving something sugary.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, egg whites and the diet soda. Mix until smooth.
  2. Take a cupcake pan, and either use cup cake papers or cooking spray (like Pam) so the cupcakes don't stick to the pan.
  3. Fill each cupcake tin to about 3/4 full.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes. Cup cakes are done when the middle of the cup cakes are poked with a knife and the knife comes out clean.
  5. Enjoy!

Cake mixes are full of sugar, not suitable for phase 1 & 2, but could be ok in moderation for phase 3.
