Shrimp Stir-Fry

Shrimp stir fry without the noodles and less carbs.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat frozen vegetables in large sauce pan with olive oil for approximately five minutes.
  2. Mix Italian dressing, teriyaki sauce and ginger and mix in with vegetables.
  3. When vegetables are cooked, add thawed, de-vained shrimp.
  4. Cook additional five minutes until shrimp is cooked all the way through, and enjoy!

Reviews 
This is too high in carbs for atkins. The low-fat italian dressing adds sugars which are not allowed. The teriyaki is another source of sugar.

This recipie is one that my mom made for dinner one night, and it was delish...I really like the fact that there are no noodles in it and if done right, the vegetables are amazing and tender.
