sounds really good, but should use low fat sour cream and mayo. You can wrap it in a large lettuce leaf for a very satisfying lunch!

This salad is amazing! I've made it on several occasions, for friends and family. I've had to write down the recipe for all who have eaten and enjoyed this great dish. Even if you aren't a Curry Powder fan, this salad will change your mind!

Yum. And for Atkins you do NOT and SHOULD NOT use low fat anything. Just as it stands is fine - just have to count the carbs, which are pretty low.

This looks amazing! I'm going to make it tonight. And mayo is perfectly fine on phase 1 - even the real stuff is approved!

Great salad. I used full fat ingredients for Adkins was so easy to make and very satisfying. Will def be making again. The carb count is really not that high once you subtract the fiber grams. Thanks for sharing.

I made it a little bit different, with low fat and calorie options. It's very filling, and yummy.
