Scallop and Chardonnay Pasta Sauce
A quick and delicious scallop sauce for fresh pasta.
Ingredients
Directions
- Saute onions and garlic in butter until start to brown.
- Add wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add scallops, corn starch and seasoning and simmer until it starts to thicken.
- Toss with fresh pasta and serve.
