Just made this it was really good but I modified it made the portions smaller and only used heavy cream that has no carbs in it did not use the light cream. It was really good. Tasted just like gravy for biscuits.

This is really good. I added a little atkins bake mix to thicken it up a bit. Tastes like the real thing.

thank you so much! I've been dying when I've made this for my fiancee the old fashioned way! This is one of his favorites! I wouldn't eat it over eggs, but, I can definitely eat it alone with LOTS of sausage! Thanks!

I made this the other night for dinner. It was excellent!
I used just heavy cream though and it was as good as the sausage gravy that I used to eat.

This one is on the top of my favorites list. Growing up in the country, this was a staple in at least one meal a day. To me, this actually taste better than the white gravy that I am used to. I leave the sausage out and either have the gravy plain or with crumbled bacon over my eggs.
