This was yummy. I made this tonight but used scallions and sun dried tomatoes. I doubled the recipe, but it took a longer time to bake.

I made this to take away for the weekend knowing food would be difficult for me, and the rest of the group ate the lot! Excellent recipe

Not a big fan of salmon (hate it actually) but I bet this would be good with chicken or turkey too! Going to try it this weekend.

Very tasty! I added salsa to the chopped tomatoes for a little more zip and doubled the salmon. It does take longer than 20 minutes to bake though...

I doubled the salmon too. Also took longer than 20 minutes but that may have been the extra moisture from using frozen spinach and extra salmon

Delicious!! This is very flavorful and nutritious. Also, I used 2 eggs and 5 egg whites, instead of 6 eggs. Took about twice as long to bake as the recipe called for, but it was worth the wait.

This was great! Not a fan of regular tomatos, I used sun-dried tomatos, garlic and herb feta (from Publix), and liquid egg whites. It was delicious!!!
