Directions

  1. Wash iceberg and romaine, dry with paper towels. Wash and chop red cabbage, radishes and scallions.
  2. Place in large covered container.
  3. Store in refrigerator.

This was more economical than buying the prepackaged salad mixes. Hard to find a good one at the store without carrots, which aren't allowed on induction phase.
