Cauliflower roasted in the oven with olive oil and spices.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
- Wash and cut cauliflower into bite size pieces. Drain well.
- Toss in olive oil and put in large baking dish. Sprinkle seasonings (like Mrs. Dash) all over.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until tender and browned.

I've made roasted cauliflower for years even before this diet...however, I only use about 2 tbls olive oil and our favorite seasoning is Tastefully Simple Season salt (or use Lawrys - not as good but less expensive!) I've served this to guests at dinner parties and everyone has raved.
