A light treat made with non-fat margarine and skim milk.
Ingredients
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Cut in margarine until mixture fine and crumbly.
- Combine milk and egg and add to flour to make stiff dough.
- Add raisins.
- Knead on lightly floured surface until dough is sticky.
- Divide dough in half and roll each half into 6" round, about 1" thick.
- Cut each round into quarters.
- Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
