This pumkin recipe is a great little treat. I don't care for desserts that are too sweet. This was perfect for me. I usually have a 1/4-1/2 cup serving at a time. I also used truvia instead of splenda. I will make this again for the holidays!

Would not be good for induction phase as it has twice the amount of sweetener we are allowed
