Directions
- Combine pudding mix, evaporated milk, pumpkin and cinnamon in a bowl until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
- Each serving is approximately 1/2 cup.

This is not a good choice for the Atkins plan. Too many carbs. : (

This is an awesome recipe. When you are really craving something sweet this is it!

Sounds great, but not on Atkins. Instead, try using tofu and pumpkin along with cinnamon and fresh nutmeg (mix in food processor) great flavor and good for you.
