Pesto Prawn Pizza
It doesn't get much better than this diet friendly pizza.
Ingredients
Directions
- Make up the dough mix according to pack directions and roll out to a 12" round and place on a greased baking sheet. Alternatively, just buy a ready-made pizza base.
- Mince the garlic and slice the pepper and mozzarella. Melt the spread.
- Brush the base with half the spread and spoon the passata over the surface. Scatter with prawns, garlic, herbs, spinach, pepper and mozzarella. Mix the ricotta with the pesto and place spoonfuls over the filling.
- Cover loosely with an oiled polythene bag and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.
- Remove the bag and drizzle with remaining spread. Bake in pre- heated oven 425 °F (220 °C) for 15-20 minutes.

This is really yummy! Obviously, you only get a relatively small piece for 323 cals, but served with a huge mixed salad this really is delicious and remarkably filling.
