- Spoon in muffin tin with cupcake papers.

when i made it, the points are always different, it depends on the size of cupcake papers i used. i just totaled it all and divided by how many i made!

I made this but I use 1/3 cup of reduced fat Peanut butter , fat free cool whip and Lite chocolate syrup and it figures to be 2pts. a piece :)

I just made this in one bowl. I also cut up a banana with it an froze it. This deffinitly works as a replacement for ice cream!

There is an excellent Peanut Butter called NATURALLY MORE that you can find at Walmart of all places !!! It is made with FLAX and has NO cholesterol and half the fat and cals. than regular ! Also try Almond Butter ! YUM !

I don't think this receipe is for Atkins Induction Phase at all. It can be altered by using low suger or natural peanut butter, sugar-free whipped topping (or make your own w/Splenda), and make your own chocolate syrup with baking chocolate, butter, heavy cream, and Splenda.

SO yummy! I made these with Reduced Fat PB, fat free cool whip and even added a reduced fat nilla wafer to the bottom of each muffin cup. Mine equaled out to be 2 pts each...these a great treat when I am craving something naughty :)
