A not so bad fried chicken.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven 400 °F (200 °C).
- In a bowl pour your favorite ranch dressing.
- In a separate bowl crumble a good amount of corn flakes.
- Coat each chicken breast with ranch dressing then roll in crumbled corn flakes; place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked all the way through.
- Enjoy!

I use to make this before South Beach. Instead of using liquid ranch, I use ranch dry mix. This is still no good for South Beach with the cornflakes.
