Melted Chocolate Chip Ricotta
Served warm, this ricotta dessert is smooth and creamy.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix ricotta, sweetener, and extract in small microwavable dish.
- Add 5 mini chocolate chips on top.
- Heat in microwave oven for about 45 seconds, until ricotta is bubbling around the edges.
- Remove from Microwave and let stand 1 minute, then stir, melting the chocolate chips.
- Serve warm.
