Mediterranean Greek Salad

Using typically Mediterranean ingredients, this salad is great for lunch.

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lettuce, red onion, feta cheese, cucumber and kalamata olives.
  2. Separately take the dressing ingredients of olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, salt and black pepper and mix well.
  3. Drizzle the salad dressing over the salad until well coated.
