Sweet & spicy mashed sweet potatoes.

Directions

  1. Peel and cube potatoes, place in 2 quart pot.
  2. Boil 20 minutes, until tender, drain.
  3. Add seasonings and whip.
  4. Serve hot.

Reviews 
Replace butter with unrefined virgin cold pressed coconut oil, the flavor is yummy. You could use 3 tablespoons or less. Matter of how you like them. I actually only use 1 tablespoon or sometimes 2, then my spices.

Boil, steam or microwave your potatoes. Cinnamon is a hit at my house all by itself, but also try nutmeg and ginger! If your potatoes are a little on the bland side you can add a little brown sugar, just be sure to add it to your calorie count.
