Directions
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl, stirring until the brown sugar is dissolved.
- Place ribs in a pan and pour marinade mixture over them.
- Marinate at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
- Grill ribs over a charcoal fire or broil.

Remove the brown sugar and trim all the fat from the ribs and you might have something here.

tasted very good. I love the ease of the recipe(marinating all nite)and just throw on grill. Its now January but it was worth braving the cold to eat this tasty meal!

I use a low fat low sodium brown sugar in all my receipts...which takes off a lot of calories...and of course trim the fat (before cooking) so the fat doesn't get into the sauce. I think this is good...I was looking for an idea on ribs that was good tasting and lower calories...this is a good option.
