A fiery green bean salad recipe.
Ingredients
Directions
- Trim green beans and cut in 2" pieces.
- Cook green beans in boiling salted water just until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Combine olive oil, Tabasco sauce, garlic and salt in a small bowl and mix well.
- Pour oil mixture over green beans and toss until well coated.
- Covered and let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- To serve, spoon beans over salad greens and top with crumbled bacon.
