This looks like a good recipe, just use whole wheat flour, and remember that you aren't really consuming all of that flour, because you are just using the flour to coat the chicken. Also, I think the nutrition facts may be a wee bit off...a pat of butter and boneless, skinless chicken breast should not add up to 97mg of Cholesterol, right?

Yumy!! I would make this as a special treat - but on normal days take everything except the butter and flour and use as a marinade for the chicken and grill! YUM!!

a little bit too much sugar but I am sure there are ways to make it work. Plus you can use Pam instead of butter.

It's good. I imagine it would be good with lemon (instead of lime) juice. Easy to prepare too. I used Pam too.

Can't wait to try this. I will be browning with Smart Balance spread or a little evoo rather than butter. Think I'll serve with steamed green beans and rice ... getting hungry just thinking about it :-)

This one got 5 stars from the hubby, who usually expresses skepticism about my "Diet" foods. I added a little garlic powder.

Excellent recipe, though we found it a little light on the lime (and added to taste, as says the recipe!) My wife couldn't stop talking about it for a few days later. Definitely on my to-make-again list. It took me longer to cut the chicken into strips than it did to prepare the rest!
