Great recipe as for a base, I made couple changes which lowered the carb value. I used PB2 in place of the peanut butter, it has 3 carbs per 2 tbl. It also makes a good thikener. I used a spenda packet instead of Molasas and added some fresh ginger. My daughter and I both really liked it.
