Cabbage adds a great flavor to this very filling soup for delicious meals all week long.

Directions
- Sauté onion and garlic until tender in a large stock pot.
- Add fresh ground turkey and brown.
- Add remaining ingredients to the large stock pot.
- Simmer for 1 hour - stirring frequently as cabbage likes to sink to bottom.
- Note: freezes very well.
